Raised organically and naturally grazed on the rolling hills of Hardwick, our grass fed beef is a lean meat, rich in flavor and high in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and Omega-6. Available in our farmstand store and at Hardwick Farmers’ Market.

Humanely Raised "Rose" Veal
Available July through January

This is very special, tasty veal. Calves are humanely raised in the pasture, by grass fed nurse cows. Because our veal is milk and pasture fed it is "rose" in color vs. the conventional, confined, milk-only, pale veal.
